CDL-A OTR Solo Driver | Philadelphia, PA

* Starting pay: $0.50 CPM (3-5 mo experience) → $0.69 CPM (180+ mo) * Home time: 7 days out / 2 days home * Miles per week: 2,200-2,800+ depending on schedule * 90% of freight runs east of I-35 * Primary lanes through 14 states: AR, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NE, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, WV * Length of haul varies — typically 600-900 miles per load * No forced runs into NYC or New England (but bonus pay if you take them) Minimum requirements: * Min age: 21 * At least 5 months of verified OTR driving experience in the last year. * Drug screen: Urine + hair follicle (BOTH required, no exceptions) * Valid Class A CDL, licensed in the state of residence (or within 30 days of transfer) * Read and speak English sufficiently for job duties
