Midwest Regional Driver

* Starting pay: $0.65 CPM (5-11 mo) → $0.72 CPM (180+ mo) * Home time: Pick from 5.5 days out /34hr reset, 7 days out /2 home, or 12 days out /3 days home * Miles per week: 2,000-2,200+ depending on schedule * Based in Indianapolis, IN — orientation required there * Drivers within 25 miles of Indianapolis park at the terminal * Primary lanes through: OH, MI, IN, KY, IL, MO, KS, IA, WI, TN, MN * Drivers won't be required to go east of Ohio or west of Topeka, KS * Drop & hook heavy Minimum requirements: * Min age: 21 * At least 5 months of verified regional driving experience in the last year. * Drug screen: Urine + hair follicle (BOTH required, no exceptions) * Valid Class A CDL, licensed in the state of residence (or within 30 days of transfer) * Read and speak English sufficiently for job duties
