* Pay: $1.30 base CPM · $1.35 with endorsements · +$0.02 if truck is 5 years or newer * Empty miles: 80% paid * Fuel surcharge: 100% of DOE national average * Average weekly gross: $4,500–$5,000+ * Miles per week: ~3,000 * OTR only · 8–10 days out minimum * Non-forced dispatch * 100% no-touch · 75% drop & hook * LTL linehaul, service center to service center · night driving required * Company trailers at no cost (48' / 53' dry van; 28' pups with Doubles) * Fuel: TForce Freight pump discounts — you pay what company trucks pay * IFTA provided and reported by TForce Freight * ELD: Motive ($11.08/week) * Orientation: virtual, Mon–Fri · $400 orientation pay * Referral: $500 solo / $1,000 teams · $100 DOT clean inspection bonus * Maintenance: TForce nationwide shops, tire discounts, and PMs at low rates Hiring notes: * Not hiring from CA, WA, OR, MN, IL, NJ, or MA * No runs through NYC, NH, VT, or ME * Doubles and Hazmat not required, but they open more loads and miles
