Company Trainer • Elite Mentor

* Hiring area: Tontitown, AR * 2 weeks out / 2 days home * Take-home ~$2,000/wk + benefits * $0.55–$0.65 CPM on every mile you and your trainee run * Paid on all miles the truck runs — every mile your student drives plus every mile you drive * At 4,500 combined miles/week: $2,655–$3,105/week base, plus bonuses * Mentors get priority miles to keep weekly miles strong * Work a 14-hour clock: if the trainee drives 5 hours, you have 9 hours left to drive * $0.10 CPM trainer pay bump * $0.04 CPM weekly performance pay * $250 bonus at each student pickup * $250 bonus after each student's first dispatch * $250–$750 weekly bonus after you've trained 3–4 students * Elite Mentor Program: train 6 students and earn $0.01/mile on every mile your former student drives for a full year after their first dispatch * Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401k matching * Paid time off Requirements: * Valid Class A CDL * 21 years or older * No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years * At least 3 months of CDL-A driving from an accredited CDL school in the last year
