* Dedicated Target account * Hiring area: 40 miles of Chicago, IL — must park at DC in Channahon, IL * $0.70/mile starting pay * Top 25% of drivers on this fleet make $1,840 weekly / $95,000 annually * Home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset (may not land on the weekend) * $500 orientation pay * $1,500 sign-on bonus * Full company benefits including medical, PTO, and holiday pay * Runs IN, MI, IL, and OH * 1,800–2,200 miles/week · 2,200–2,700 miles/week during peak season Requirements: * Must be at least 22years old. * 6–12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer/OTR experience in the past 3 years * Less than 12 months requires a good safety record * Experience must be with a trailer of 39 feet or longer (regional or OTR) * No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years * License suspensions reviewed case by case * No more than 3 preventable accidents in 3 years * No at-fault fatal accidents
