* Dedicated Target Suffolk account — company W2 * Hiring area: 50 miles of Lugoff, SC * $0.68/mile — includes $0.03/mile safety and on-time bonus * Top 25% of drivers on this fleet make $1,360 weekly / $70,000+ annually * Home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset * $500 orientation pay * $1,500 sign-on bonus * Full company benefits including medical, PTO, and holiday pay * Runs VA, PA, MD, and NJ — this account runs backhauls * 50% drop and hook Requirements: * Minimum age 22 * 6–12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer/OTR experience in the past 3 years * Less than 12 months requires a good safety record * Experience must be with a trailer of 39 feet or longer (regional or OTR) * No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years * License suspensions reviewed case by case * No more than 3 preventable accidents in 3 years * No at-fault fatal accidents
