* Dedicated Target Topeka account — company W2 * Hiring area: 50 miles of Topeka, KS * $0.58/mile for all miles * Top 25% of drivers on this fleet make $1,800 weekly / $94,000 annually * +$0.02/mile increase at 6 months * Home at least weekly for a 34-hour reset — the closer you live to the DC, the more you get home * Some Topeka drivers may get home most nights * $500 orientation pay * $1,500 sign-on bonus paid out $125 a week for 12 weeks * Veterans bonus available with valid DD214 * Full company benefits including medical, PTO, and holiday pay * Runs KS, NE, MO, OK, and AR * 2,300–2,900 miles/week average * Most loads drop and hook — occasional live unloads on a backhaul lane * Most loads preloaded — occasional live load on a backhaul lane * Nights and weekends may be required * Holiday-heavy position Requirements: * Minimum age 22 * 6–12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer/OTR experience in the past 3 years * Less than 12 months requires a good safety record * Experience must be with a trailer of 39 feet or longer (regional or OTR) * No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years * License suspensions reviewed case by case * No more than 3 preventable accidents in 3 years * No at-fault fatal accidents
