* Home daily company W2 — refrigerated * Hiring area: 50 miles of Livonia, MI * $1.15/mile + $20 stop pay + $50 per load bonus * Includes $0.30/mile accessorial pay * Stop pay excludes first and last stop to and from the DC * Home daily * 6–12 hour shifts — average 8 hours * Start times vary from 7 PM to 4 AM; most loads go out between 10 PM and 4 AM * 6–7 loads per week on average * 1–7 stops per load — 5.5 on average * Touch freight — electric pallet jack with some hand unloads * Most drivers run eastern MI with occasional loads to northern OH * A few drivers may be offered lanes into KY and IN * Local within a 200-mile radius of Livonia, MI * $500 orientation pay * $500 referral bonus * Full company benefits including medical, PTO, and holiday pay * Lane subject to change based on customer growth Requirements: * Minimum age 22 * 6–12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer/OTR experience in the past 3 years * Less than 12 months requires a good safety record * Experience must be with a trailer of 39 feet or longer (regional or OTR) * No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years * License suspensions reviewed case by case * No more than 3 preventable accidents in 3 years * No at-fault fatal accidents
