Account Details: ** This is a no-touch freight account. ** Drivers will haul general commodities for a variety of customers, including food-grade items. 40-50% of freight is either pork or pork derivatives. There is the potential to haul alcohol, but it is minimal. ** Drivers run rail freight to and from the rail yards in Toledo (NS) and North Baltimore, OH (BNSF/CSX) to customers within a 250-mile radius. ** This is a 24/7 account. Schedule: • Tuesday - Saturday. Start Times: 6 PM-7 PM. • Shift: Drivers could work a 12-hour day. The fleet average is 10 hours. • Home Daily! ** Drivers need to be open to all options. ** HAZMAT endorsement required within 180 days of hire. Cost is reimbursed with receipt. Drivers are paid an extra $25 per hazmat load. ** Tanker endorsement required within 180 days of hire. Cost is reimbursed with receipt. Drivers do not run containers, but some customers ship freight in 'bladders' that require the tanker endorsement.
