Highlights: Out 1 to 2 weeks at a time, depending on where you live and what freight you are running.
Applicants MUST have graduated from a verifiable TDS within the last 12 months and do not yet have 3 months of driving experience.
*** Run Monday through Saturday, and you’ll get a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
*** Pay is 0.35CPM
Once approved, each student will attend a minimum 7-day onboarding class in Tontitown, AR. During onboarding, they will:
- Complete a skills evaluation to ensure they meet driving expectations
- Receive additional training if needed
- Each receives a $100 stipend for food.
We will make every effort to pair students with a mentor directly after onboarding.
