** Drivers will run to Chicago and back every day. Plus fill in with Local work within a 100-mile radius of Indianapolis
** Driver will report to Indianapolis terminal daily for dispatch and truck assignment (slip seat)
** Start and end at the Terminal location in Indianapolis, IN
- Shift: Fri-Tues (Off Wed/Thurs)
- Start time: 0100 (1:00 AM)
** Additional Pay Structure:
- $45 for live load/unload by customer.
- $25 for drop & hook at CUSTOMER regardless of pickup or delivery.
- $15 for any " out of route " empty move or crosstown drop.
- $15 per hour of rail delay (after 1 hour wait).
- $20 per hour for detention pay (after 1.5 hours).
- $20 per hour for training as needed.
