Open Trucking Jobs was created to streamline the hiring process of carriers and drivers. With first hand experience in dealing with recruiting companies and the waiting period between the two, we wanted to make the process easier and more time efficient. Not only have we created Bee Exposed Marketing to help with the costs of recruiting, but we also own a trucking company called Trucks4Hire. We know the industry from recruiting to driving.The founders John, and Jennifer Eagles realize the importance of having “purpose” as the key to long-term success. They began utilizing these purpose driven strategies to fully support and fund empowerment projects that included feeding programs both here, in the states and abroad.They strive to live out the most humane obligation to love God, and to love our neighbors not just by words, but by action, not by providing food or money alone, but by teaching and developing cultures of sustainability. Now after many years of dedicated driver recruiting, we have been able to partner with people, groups of multiple cultures and communities around the world to build community centers, provide livestock training, build orphanages, experience economic growth and help make dreams become a reality.
Our proven method of top target marketing and advertising ensures top drivers are committed to representing our carrier partners with the utmost integrity. We prioritize the driver pool in the industry and work for the drivers. We have a database of hundreds of thousands of drivers, an in-house processing team, and a follow-up and confirmation process to help increase our show rate and retention. Our partnership with Tenstreet enables us to maximize the tool that pairs great drivers with great carriers. We believe that a solid, long-term relationship with our carrier partners will ensure not only our growth but also their continued growth.
