2. Description of Service

Open Trucking Jobs operates an online platform that connects Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) drivers with trucking carriers and employers across the United States. We facilitate job matching, application submission, and communication between drivers and carriers. We are not a staffing agency, employer, or transportation company.

  • Hold a valid CDL-A license if applying for driver positions.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You represent that you are authorized to post jobs and recruit drivers on behalf of your organization.
  • All job postings must be truthful, accurate, and comply with applicable labor and transportation laws.
  • You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions, employment offers, and driver onboarding processes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Trucking Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including carrier career pages and partner platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party site. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
